Project Description
VVH provided early review and analysis of the City of Stockton General Plan and utility master plans to determine the possibilities for this infill residential annexation project of just over 400 acres. Stormwater was a key constraint, and we obtained discharge permits early in the entitlement process before work even began on tentative mapping. VVH prepared the water, sewer, and storm drain master plans for the entire development, developed the vesting tentative subdivision map for the northwest 110 acres, and advised and consulted on processing approvals with the City.
