VVH led extensive negotiations with Stanislaus County to entitle this critical expansion of on-site glass container storage and a new 150,000 sf warehouse. Our team secured the General Plan Amendment, Rezone, and Planned Industrial Development entitlements. With the primary entitlements completed, we next obtained right-of-way abandonments for all or a portion of three (3) public roadways and one alley. Next, we coordinated for the abandonment, disconnection, and relocation of existing public water and sewer mains and services, electrical, telephone, natural gas, and cable utilities Lastly, we secured the abandonment of several public utilities easements required for the permitting and construction of the project.
