Project Description
The project provided a brand-new health services campus to the Livingston community providing medical, behavior health, dental, and pharmacy services. VVHCE developed the project site plan by orienting the three primary onsite buildings as desired by Client and configuring vehicular access points, parking spaces and drive aisles, pedestrian facilities, and landscaping to meet all code and proposed use requirements. The design provisioned for access, parking, and utility services which will be required when a future on campus building pad is developed in the future.
