The new joint tenant retail pad development is part of the existing Briggsmore Shopping Center, a regional shopping center located in the heart of Modesto on McHenry Avenue anchored by Burlington and Safeway. VVHCE was selected based on our extensive experience with retail pad developments, and relationship with the architect and contractor team. VVHCE handled all of the civil engineering and surveying aspects of the project through construction. VVHCE specified a turnkey pre-packaged pressure sanitary sewer pump station for the project to connect to the existing public sewer main with a shallow depth preventing a conventional gravity connection.
