The new joint tenant retail pad development is part of the existing Briggsmore Shopping Center, a regional shopping center located in the heart of Modesto on McHenry Avenue anchored by Burlington and Safeway. VVHCE was selected based on our extensive experience with retail pad developments, and relationship with the architect and contractor team. VVH handled all of the civil engineering and surveying aspects of the project through construction. An inline underground stormwater storage and treatment system was integrated into the project design to satisfy City of Modesto low impact development requirements. The new Starbucks restaurant features a drive-thru facility and is adjoined by a Habit Burger Grill and Chipotle Restaurant.
